We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid property fees online and after 10 minutes discussions these fees where removed. I would recommend to be careful when checking out.

We expected a pool. There was no swimming pool and you had to pay for spa treatment to gain access

Dear Guest, in our Hotel there is a hydropool, not a swimming pool. The swim spa is a part of welness center. The welness center is an extra. The spa was not included in your booking. Best regards.

Top hotel!
Hotel was wonderful. Very relaxing. Clean and modern. A bit different than most Italian hotels. Large shower and bathroom. Large closet. The breakfast was amazing. All employees we dealt with were professional, helpful and very friendly. I have traveled many places and this hotel is at top of list. Since it was off-season (mid Sept) the price was very reasonable. We did not use any spa services. Wish all hotels were this inviting and relaxing.

New and modern hotel vs. old traditions
Very modern hotel, beautiful rooms and good position. The breakfast is excellent during the weekends but gets more modest during the week. I love the fact that the rooms have parquet, however I would add the moquette to the hall as the rooms are not very soundproof (really a pity as it's otherwise such a modern hotel!). The staff is nice and polite, but one detail really bothered me: I made (and paid) the reservation, but still the invoice, a goodbye email the hotel sent (to my email-address) and even the key card had only my husbands name on them! It may be ok in the masculine culture of the southern Italy but personally I found it just strange and a bit offensive.

Callistos piacevole scoperta
Un bel albergo moderno a Tricase su una piazza con pizzeria di fronte e ristorante sotto.stanze grandi con terrazzino e bagno con doccia grandissima. Pulito. Cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni.Colazione abbondante e molto variegata per tutti i gusti.ce anche una bella spa.

Semplicemente il migliore hotel in zona, lo frequento da tempo e non delude mai le aspettative. Staff cordiale e disponibile, camere pulitissime facilità di parcheggio e volendo anche garage. Numerosi ristoranti nei dintorni. Massima attenzione alle norme anti-covid.

Semplicemente il migliore hotel della zona, il mio punto di riferimento quando vengo in zona. Staff cordiale e professionale, camere grandi, confortevoli e con un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Facilita di parcheggio nei dintorni e volendo garage disponibile.

Ho pernottato 2 notti in questa struttura ed ho avuto modo di apprezzarne diversi servizi. Camera silenziosa con balcone, molto curata la pulizia di tutta la struttura, per la cena è possibile spostarsi anche a piedi nei dintorni per trovare pizzerie e ristoranti... buona la colazione. Personale professionale, molto disponibile e cordiale. Hotel consigliatissimo

Gutes Hotel - den Spa-Bereich muss man aber vorgängig buchen. Bei uns war es dann prompt schon ausgebucht.

Une nuit bien agréable
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, pendant notre trip de 4 jours en voiture. L’hôtel est neuf, le service est irreproachable. La chambre a été grande et lumineuse, le lit est très comfortable. Nous n’avons, malheureusement pas utilisé le SPA, mais nous l’avons visité. Ça donne l’envie d’aller.

Au sud des Pouilles
Bel hôtel très récent et moderne situé dans la ville de Tricase, à environ 3 km de la mer Adriatique Belle chambre bien agencée, salle de bains confortable et de bonne superficie, parking gratuit juste devant l'hôtel sinon 5 € avec l'hôtel Bon petit-déjeuner, excellent rapport qualité-prix Je vous le recommande

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Von der Rezeption bis zu den Putzfrauen,sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit. Ich fragte am morgen nach einem weichen Kissen und am Abend lag es auf dem Bett. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Tolles, grosses Badezimmer mit Regenwald Dusche. Grosse Terasse. Das Frühstück TOP. Alles war da. Von salzig zu süss. Fleisch, Käse und frisches Brot ect. Bester Kaffee, vor allem Cappuccino. Wir kommen wieder!!
