"Bathtub overflow, not draining properly, housekeeping issues with proper towel supply "

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "

"Rooms are very small but typical for nyc. Clean and well appointed. Friendly staff. Cute bar. Great area of town. As someone who lived in nyc for many years, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. "

"Perhaps the thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It didn’t help that’s the other guests were congregating in the hallway outside my room having loud phone conversations, listening to music and going between each other’s rooms. I moved once and it was the same on a different floor. Also, I was accidentally charged two holds and the manager was extremely rude saying there was nothing she could do. Basically “oops deal with it”. The redeeming quality of the entire experience was the kind woman who checked me in and the sweet gentleman who checked me out. I felt sorry for them because there were several frustrated guests. I would not recommend this hotel. It is completely subpar for a corporate establishment, and I probably will never stay at a four points establishment ever again. Definitely not anywhere near Sheraton standards. "

"Could not control temperature in room and very thin blankets. Generally, it was a very dirty/dingy property. They were nice and location is good."
