My Place Hotel - Nashville East-I40/Lebanon, TN

"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my room faced the highway or the quiet side—the hotel would benefit greatly from better soundproofing between rooms and floors. The individual handling checkout was less than friendly—a stark contrast to the wonderful sub working the night shift. Since this person is often there during my arrivals, I believe they may be the manager, which makes the lack of warmth particularly disappointing."

"Very nice place, definitely hits way above its 2 star level. everything clean and new. I'd say 6 stars, except we had warm water, no Hot water, just warm."

"This was a great way to end summertime fun in a relaxed, safe, and charming environment. The pool was fabulous, especially on these 100 degree days! The canoe was our favorite early morning activity on the quiet lake. There were so many other wonderful amenities that we did not even use just because it was so hot outside, including the sauna, massage chair, and foot massager. That will be for next time!"
