### Casa Felice

Welcome to Resy's house in Trevignano, which has been furnished with special care and to which she goes as soon as she can. It is an 80 sqm house in a bright, cool area with a small private garden, a terrace overlooking the lake and beautiful sunsets.  
A 3-minute drive from the lake and the historic centre of Trevignano, it is in a dominant position at the top of a steep slope, so a car is advisable. Accessibility is easy and barrier-free.

Living room with fireplace and study corner, connected to open kitchen area. Master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and French bed (140x200).  
Second double bedroom with exit to the garden. Both with memory mattresses. Two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower and bidet shower.
