There are unique cities such as La Spezia, Lucca, Parma, Genoa, Pietrasanta, Forte die Marmi, Florence, Milan and endless villages. On the ground floor is a large living room with large open kitchen, dining area with seating for 12-14 people and a spacious ounce with sating area. The four large French windows offer a beautiful view. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Uiterst proper, verzorgd en met alle denkbare toestellen, keukengerei en servies. Het huis en de grote tuin met zwembad liggen op 1 niveau en volledig zuid gericht met adembenemend uitzicht en omringd door olijfbomen. Het is een zeer ruim en comfortabel huis met een grote tuin (zuidgericht). Zowel het huis als de tuin zijn perfect onderhouden. De tuin is op één niveau met het huis en biedt een mooi uitzicht over vallei en heuvels en tot aan de zee. Door de hogere ligging is er totale privacy en zeer aangenaam klimaat. In de tuin is ook een afgesloten gedeelte met een heel groot zwembad. De ligging is ideaal om zowel heerlijk rustig te relaxen alsook de Ligurische kust en de historische Toscaanse steden te bezoeken, een echte aanrader!! ##### Catherine V. ---
