Just 15 minutes from the highway, it’s the perfect setting to unwind and a strategic starting point for exploring the wonders of the Cinque Terre, the elegance of Forte dei Marmi, and the trails of the Apuan Alps.
The interior welcomes you with a spacious living area, featuring a bright living room ideal for relaxation and a large, fully equipped kitchen that doubles as a living space. The sleeping area offers the privacy of two comfortable double bedrooms, each with access to a full bathroom equipped with a shower. For a practical and worry-free stay, the house is equipped with a washing machine and a portable fan to keep you cool on summer days.
The true heart of the home is its outdoor spaces: a large panoramic terrace furnished with a dining area and comfortable lounge chairs allows you to dine al fresco or spend unique evenings lulled by the sounds of nature. In the garden, you’ll find a wood-burning fireplace and a barbecue, perfect for your grilling sessions. From June through September, you can also enjoy the large outdoor pool in complete privacy—it’s for your exclusive use and available at any time of day.
