This is a gem in the volcano! Waking up to gorgeous views and so many butterflies was a dream. Having breakfast delivered to the room was so wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the swings and the pool so refreshing.

This hotel is a beautiful, clean, and friendly place to stay. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the rooms offer an amazing view of the surrounding forest/ Lake. If you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy nature, this is the perfect place for you. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service provided at any time. Every morning, we were served breakfast and coffee. We definitely plan to return to this establishment.

Honestly, one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The views, the atmosphere, and just being surrounded by so much nature made the whole experience feel really special. Just a little heads up…since you’re surrounded by nature, you will come across some bugs, so keep that in mind if you’re not a fan. There are also no elevators and quite a few steep hills and stairs, so be prepared for a little walking. But if none of that bothers you, this place is absolutely worth it. I’m so happy I got to experience it and would definitely recommend staying here at least once! 🤍✨

Overall, I will rate his hotel good. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The room I stayed in was okay but the view was breathtaking. The room I wanted was booked I want to talk about the massage I received. 100/10 and I have monthly messages and many different counties. This was different, healing and intuitive. The staff was very attentive and made sure we got everything needed no matter what. I would definitely stay here again! They made the beginning of my bday trip memorable by decorating my bed with rose petals, towel swans, and wine. The views are immaculate and I already miss it.

The place was beautiful, the view was amazing. We didn’t get to use the pool since we had other plans but it looked nice. They have complementary breakfast and it was delicious. We do have a picky eater and they tried their best to accommodate him. We truly recommend staying here.
