Staff was very courteous. Hotel is very clean and comfortable although the room is quite small. The main issue has to do with finding the boutique hotel in a small street and parking, even temporarily, to unload your car. The hotel parking is an extra charge but, it is quite a walk from the hotel. If I had travelled without a car, I probably would not have been inconvenienced as much. But, as I said the room was very clean and staff very helpful.

Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. Design, attentive staff

Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel.

We stayed here before, then now and again if we are in Bordeaux.
