Features: large living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lake view. The flat can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with WiFi, TV, heating.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**VILLINO DE WELS is a flat on the second floor of a historic villa. It consists of a large, bright living room with sofa and TV area. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bright single bedroom. There is a service bathroom and a full bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms and the living room enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the flat is embellished with details reminiscent of its history, such as the Lombard terracotta floor in the living room and the period fountain in the hallway. The flat, which can accommodate up to 5 people, has wi-fi internet access throughout the house, but no air conditioning. However, fans will be available for guests.**ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING**VILLINO DE WELS can be easily reached by public transport as the bus and boat stop is right in front of the flat, and it can also be reached by car, as there are nearby public pay parking spaces. Free parking spaces are available 700 metres away. The entrance is on the second floor of the building. Internally it is arranged on one floor.**TREMEZZO & SURROUNDINGS** VILLINO DE WELS is located in Tremezzo, a charming and renowned town on the western shore of Lake Como. Its panoramic position offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, making it an ideal destination for tourists wishing to discover the natural and historical beauty of the area. One of the most famous features of Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, among the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. The lakeside promenade is ideal for strolling, with spectacular views of Lake Como, the mountains and the historic villas dotting the shoreline. Tremezzo is also famous for its gastronomic traditions, with local restaurants and trattorias offering typical Lombard dishes. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains and enjoying breathtaking views. The area offers several hiking trails, including the famous Lake Como Greenway, leading to panoramic viewpoints from which to admire Lake Como in all its beauty. It is 30 km from Como and 25 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Lugano. In Tremezzo there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. There is a grocery shop and butcher\\'s shop next to the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3 km away.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers. In front of the flat you will find the bus and boat stop. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\\'s drive away. For further questions regarding transport and transfers please contact us, we will be happy to help you.**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 16.50 / Day. It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
