For your holiday in southern Finistère, we have found this beautiful new house for you, designed for 8 people. You will appreciate its garden, where a barbecue awaits you to prepare delicious grilled dishes to enjoy outside, around a friendly table.
On the ground floor, you will first discover the large living area. An inviting TV lounge will allow you to relax, watch a good film, or get excited about sporting events. The dining room invites you to sit around its table to enjoy delicious meals prepared in the lovely new and fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.
In the entrance, there is an independent toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. At this level, there is also a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200) and its private bathroom with a shower. You will certainly appreciate its large bay windows overlooking the garden.
Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome you: the first and second with queen-size beds, and the third with two single beds. You will also have a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. Not feeling like going back to the office? You can work from home thanks to the office space on the mezzanine and the Wi-Fi connection. From this space and one of the bedrooms upstairs, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.
For added comfort, you will have the possibility of parking two, even three cars on the plot, depending on their size. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided for your use.
