This exceptional property received a 4-star rating in 2023.<br>With 150 m² spread over three levels, the house offers spacious rooms and high-end comfort.<br>On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting kitchen with a large table, a cosy living room, and a small entryway.<br>The ground floor is entirely dedicated to a master suite: a spacious bedroom, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.<br>The second floor features two bedrooms with ocean views, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate bathroom.<br>Outside, enjoy a terrace, a private enclosed garden, and a charming outbuilding designed as a “back from the beach” retreat.<br>A rare setting, steeped in history and charm, for an exceptional holiday.<br>Free parking near the house.
