  • Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is immersed in lush vegetation and bathed in natural light.

    It features a spacious 50 m² living area with an open-plan kitchen and a wood-burning stove in the lounge, perfect for cosy winter evenings.

    Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom.

    The house is ideally located halfway between the centre of Trégastel and its beautiful beaches. It has been awarded a 4-star rating as a furnished tourist accommodation.

    It also enjoys an exceptional, secluded setting, nestled along a peaceful and picturesque country lane.

    With its 13 beaches, Trégastel is a true gem at the heart of the magnificent Pink Granite Coast. All the village amenities — bakery, butcher, grocery store and newsagent — are within walking distance, while Trégastel’s supermarket is just a two-minute drive away.

    I am always available to help guests with recommendations for walks, activities and places to visit, and of course to answer any questions they may have about the house or the surrounding area.

    The lane leading to the house winds its way through a charming neighbourhood of old Breton stone cottages, typical of the region.

    The house is easily accessible by bicycle, car or on foot.
