Large house adjoining 30 hectares of nature reserve along the sea, 100m from the beach by private road. 5 bedrooms including 4 with bathroom wc or private WC. 11 beds. Calm. The house, on a plot of 2000m2, has a beautiful view on earth. Two common areas: on the ground floor large living room, upstairs a play area with sofas and coffee table. Many activities possible: sailing (nautical club), horse riding, tennis, golf (18 holes), many hikes sea and countryside (100m conservatory of the coast of Landrellec and customs path facing the Seven Islands, GR34, valley Traouïeros etc.) , cruises on the island of Brehat and the Seven Islands, swimming pool balneotherapy, marine aquarium. Supermarket nearby and all shops 1km. Perros-Guirec at 10km

Belle maison dans un coin charmant de Bretagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Bretagne. La maison avec les différentes chambres et salles de bain est confortable. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour répondre à nos préoccupations. Ils étaient aussi demandeurs de suggestions pour améliorer leur logement.. Chemin privé d'accès à la mer, très facile et très agréable !

Maison très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'espace, de lumière et convenant très bien pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Terrasse abritée et jardin arboré. Emplacement très proche de la côte et des plages Lieu très calme et aussi proche des commodités de Trégastel

Très belle et grande maison bretonne, à la fois fonctionnelle et conviviale Située au calme dans un hameau de Tregastel, à deux pas de la mer et du sentier des douaniers, et à trois kilomètres des commerces Un excellent séjour de détente et de découvertes (très nombreuses dans le coin), avec (évidemment) un temps breton !... La propriétaire est très sympathique et de très bons conseils. La maison est spacieuse : chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec WC! Beau terrain et chemin privé qui conduit à une plage, sentier des douaniers juste à côté… Nous reviendrons certainement… merci beaucoup !

Belle maison spacieuse dans un écrin de verdure tout proche de la mer

La maison est magnifique, et bien agencée pour accueillir 10 personnes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains et/ou douche avec WC, c'est top ! Nous recommandons vraiment cette location et remercions encore la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve en famille à 9 personnes. La maison est belle, spacieuse et fonctionnelle permettant à chacun des couples (4) d'avoir sa propre chambre et salle de bain. La région est magnifique et la plage se trouve à 2 pas de la maison.

Le grand air.

Après un accueil par la propriétaire des plus agréables, nous avons séjourné entre amis dans cette grande maison bien équipée, située sur un grand terrain, au calme et au plus près d'une petite plage. Adresse que nous pourrons recommander autour de nous.

Séjour à Tregastel au calme avec tout confort.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines début sept 2019 avec 9 personnes. Maison très agréable, spacieuse et endroit super calme avec accès direct à la mer. Matériel de cuisine en suffisance, chambres et salles de bain confortables. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir le long de la cote du granit rose. Propriétaires attentionnés .

Séjour authentique

Belle maison à 200 m de la mer par un accès privé. La présence de salles d'eau ou sdb dans chaque chambre offre un réel confort et une autonomie appréciée. Sa situation en bout de route permet de séjourner au calme. Les charges (eau, edf, fuel) à rajouter au frais de location représente en hiver environ 100 euros pour une semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle dans un site fabuleux.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances avec une personne en fauteuil roulant. Tout est bien pensé, les parties repos sont bien séparées de la partie commune (séjour, cuisine), on peut dormir aussi longtemps qu'on le veut même quand les plus petits jouent dans la salle commune. Point de départ de nombreuses randos sur la côte de granit rose. Un seul petit bémol, il manque un peu de lumière dans la cuisine.

Un trés agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à 11 personnes dans un environnement très reposant . La maison est belle , et très fonctionnelle, conforme au descriptif elle est bien pensée et permet à chacun de trouver sa place sans se sentir "les uns sur les autres".. Le parc très appréciable autant pour la vue sur ses grands arbres que pour sa terrasse .. Les ballades en bord de mer sont également possibles à pieds depuis la maison et permettent de passer un bon moment sans prendre la voiture pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Courses et marchés proches en voiture .. un contact agréable avec le propriétaire. Un lieu à recommander !
