La pièce de vie est lumineuse et très agréable à vivre. Localisation centrale. 3 points négatifs et non précisés dans l'annonce : atmosphère de la maison ternie par plusieurs pièces fermées à clés ; une chambre bruyante en rez de chaussée sur rue ; absence de machine à laver le linge.
