Electric heating. Washing machine. Dryer. Balcony furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting). To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption package of 35€ per week for the periods from October to May, only 1 small dog accepted -10 kg (with supplement), security deposit by bank card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc...).
