Beautiful renovated house on the waterfront

Very nice house renovated in 2019 in the historic district of Pointe à Lechiagat. The port 300 m, the first west beach at 30 m and the second south 300 m. A small closed courtyard of 35m2 in the sun. Excellent neat holiday, current decoration. The legendary GR 34 passes by your door, the bi-weekly market of Guilvinec, The authentic and colorful spectacle of the return of fishing from vessels every day at 5 p.m. facing the west beach. The site of La Torche paradis du Surf, the Haliotika Le Guilvinec fishing museum. Private parking 50 m away (1 or 2 cars). 2 bikes available, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, 2 deckchairs, 4 sun loungers.

super Lage und sehr netter Vermieter

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Strand und Meer (Durchgang zwischen den Häusern) für Picknick und Baden mit bretonischem Meerpanorama in einer Minute ist großartig. Guilvinec ein toller Ort mit Fischerei, Markt und ansprechender Gastronomie. Der Vermieter und Empfang waren sehr nett. Charly stand mit Rat und Tat und vielen guten Tipps zur Verfügung.

Communication au top avec le propriétaire même si il n'était pas sur place, très bon accueil de la part de Cindy pour les explications du gite et les bons conseils pour l'organisation de notre semaine. Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt und sogar noch mehr. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Hof ist sehr nett zum sitzen. Der Ort ist nett, der Strand bei Flut sehr schön. Charly und Cindy sind sehr nett. Gerne wieder!

Super séjour en Bretagne

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans cette très belle maison. Nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire, elle dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. Elle est spacieuse et fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. La maison est remarquablement bien équipée, tout y est quasi neuf. Coin nuit et jour bien séparés. Accueil parfait de Charly et Cindy. Plages juste à côté à pied. Rue un peu passante à côté (piétons et vélos) = seule remarque puisque nous avons passé par ailleurs un merveilleux séjour. Je recommande !

Cette maison est super, très propre et joliment décoré. il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passé d'agréable vacances. La literie est parfaite, la cuisine ne manque pas d'ustensiles et le salon est très confortable. Sans oublié l'espace extérieure et sa grande table pour les barbecues. Vraiment top ! Le + la plage à 20 mètres. Je recommende vivement cette location et je compte bien y revenir très vite. Merci Charly et Cindy pour votre accueil.

De belles vacances sportives et ensoleillées

Très belle location à 2 pas de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités que l'on peut faire à pied. C'est aussi un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses et belles balades, à pied, en vélo, en voiture... La maison est joliment décorée, très agréable avec un équipement de qualité, que l'on est content de retrouver le soir, avec sa belle cour arrière pour se reposer et y déguster toutes les spécialités locales. Les lits sont confortables et de grande largeur. Le linge n'est pas fourni mais tout le nécessaire est présent (couettes, oreillers...). Les places de parking privatives sont aussi un grand privilège car la rue est étroite pour y stationner. Merci pour ce séjour qui donne vraiment envie de revenir très vite.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Lage ist super: schnell im Fischerort, es gibt nicht nur Touristen, Strände in Fußentfernung bis Radentfernung. Viel Platz im Haus und am Strand. Ich kann das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es fehlt auch an nichts.
