L'Olivo apartment, of 80sqm, ideal for 4 or more people, is furnished with taste and elegance and is located on the first floor of Villa Pedossa, a recently restored 18th century farmhouse, rich in old-fashioned charm to the most modern comforts. The Villa with its 4 charming apartments is located among the gentle slopes of the Marche countryside just 7 km from Senigallia and the famous Velvet Beach, is surrounded by olive trees and offers a large garden, a large pool of 14x6 meters. with slightly salty water, a 4-seat whirlpool bath, a solarium equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas, bowling green, barbeque, poolside gazebo with comfortable lounges and more. L'Olivo apartment has two rooms, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people / 6 adults and enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, the garden, the pool and the orchard of the Villa.  
The apartment is furnished with class and attention to detail, has an independent entrance and is ideal for hosting groups or large families being composed of:  
\- 2 bedrooms: "Il Leccino" with double bed and single bed pouf on request; "La Raggia" with two single beds convertible into a double bed and pouf single bed on request;  
\- a large living room of 30sqm with a large fireplace, double sofa bed with chaise longue, fully equipped open kitchen, table and chairs for 6 people;  
\- 2 private bathrooms, one for each room, with shower, bidet, hairdryer, courtesy kit and slippers.
