You will appreciate the only outdoor space: the beautiful and large landscaped terrace (50 m²) and a private courtyard where you can park your vehicles. This villa will appeal to all those who dream of escape, of great comfort, of a warm interior. What a luxury to be able to benefit from a swimming pool just for you! And what about the view? The house is close to two other gites (22G121417 and 22G121428) and is located in the municipality of Trebeurden, in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose. At 13 km, the famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, where you can embark on an excursion around the 7 islands will tempt you. Without forgetting the visit of Ploumanac'h (15 km) or Tregastel (9 km) which are also worth a detour. Children to entertain? Take them to the Pleumeur-Bodou radome park (9 km away) with its Gallic village, its city of telecommunications and its planetarium. The region is magnificent as is the gîte, book it quickly!
