Good for children as there are toys and a safe large courtyard parking area. Huge kitchen. Excellent responsive host. The contract states there is a live in administrator with a dog that uses the upstairs common area, stairs and laundry. Küche, Speisezimmer und Wohnzimmer bieten reichlich Platz. Schlafgelegenheiten für 12 Erwachsene - wie von uns gebucht - sind zwar vorhanden. Allerdings handelt es sich bei der Schlafcouch um ein antikes Stück aus den 50er- bzw. 60er-Jahren, was durchaus Vintage-Charme hat. Da eine Person absagen musste, waren wir darauf jedoch nicht angewiesen - was auch sehr gut war. Denn das gute Stück macht sich zwar toll als Sitzgelegenheit. Als Schlafstätte hätte es aber für Frust gesorgt.Die Ausstattung ist top - sowohl was die Küche betrifft, als auch die Spiele und Sportgeräte (Tischtennis-Platte, Kicker etc.). Es gibt genügend Raum, um ggf Fahrräder unterzustellen und sogar eine Wallbox zum Aufladen von E-Autos. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und in der großen Küche gab es ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Kochutensilien, von denen einige allerdings auch ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich hatten. Schade war, dass beim Kochen die Strom-Sicherung Grenzen setzte, denn beim Kochen für 8 Personen hätten wir gerne alle Herdplatten und auch den Ofen gleichzeitig genutzt. Wünschenswert wären auch neue Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer und ein deutlicherer Hinweis in der Hausbeschreibung auf die Mit-Bewohnerin (und Ansprechpartnerin für die Hausverwaltung) in der separaten Wohnung im selben Haus. Sie nutzt das Treppenhaus/Wohndiele und auch andere Einrichtungen, wie die Waschmaschine im Haus mit und hat grundsätzlich freien Zugang zu allen Räumlichkeiten, die nicht verschlossen werden können. Wir hatten als Gruppe jetzt keine Probleme mit dieser Situation, aber grundsätzlich wäre hier mehr Transparenz im Vorfeld sicherlich von Vorteil, um ggf. eine gewünschte Privatsphäre der Gäste zu wahren.Die vielen vorliegenden Tipps und Informationen zu den Freizeit- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einer rundum gelungenen Woche im Wendland. ##### Petra S. Die Gestaltung des Hauses, die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die riesige Küche und das große Esszimmer – all das war für uns ideal. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Eine unbedingt sehenswerte Küche aus den 50er Jahren war das Highlight. Ansonsten ist es seeehr ruhig ringsum. Viel Platz im Hof zum Spielen. Schöne Landschaft, tolles Spielzeug für groß und klein. Geniale Küche aus den 50gern. Mit viel Liebe restauriert und eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche ein absolutes Unikat. Größer als auf den Fotos zu erwarten und für viele Leute gut geeignet. Die Kinder waren durchgehend im Hof mit den Go-Karts unterwegs, für die Erwachsenen ist alles was es zum Kochen, Zusammensitzen, Sportschau gucken braucht vorhanden. Überall im Haus ist es sauber, alles funktioniert. Hat man doch irgendwelche Probleme, ist die Verwalterin vor Ort und hilft weiter. Wir sehen zu, dass wir wiederkommen können. ##### Stefan H. Eine riesige Küche und genug Zimmer für die ganze Familie und noch ein oder zwei weitere. Hervorzuheben: Alles sehr sauber. Ich fand insbesondere die weiteren Angebote wie Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und - Highlight! - die Kettcars super.
