The apartment is located inside the Nardis residence at Via Vallesinella No. 10 in Madonna di Campiglio, approximately 300 m from the Spinale cable car, 100 m from the small lake and about 500 m from the central square of the locality. Located on the first floor with lift, it consists of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, bathroom with shower and balcony.

It has a surface area of about 50 m² and is equipped with centralised heating, ski locker and the possibility of having a garage within the same structure.
