Great Walkable Location
The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Be aware that parking is not on site, but still very close. The cost depends on the length of your stay, but if you are going to be staying a few days, your best option is to get a month long permit for $30.

Cozy Comfort
We were in town for a robotics competition and did not have much time to explore, but from previous experiences, it is an excellent location. There is lots of great food options near by and Front street is a short walk away. My daughter said the pull out couch was comfortable. It was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Since it is on the second floor there is no foot traffic above, which is a big bonus for us, and the reason we like VRBOs as a general rule. Would stay again when in town.

Great place!
We stayed in Traverse City for a quick getaway, and we had the best time! The condo was well-kept and comfortable, and with everything being so walkable it was such a nice mini vacation. Would definitely book again!

Thanks for staying Lexi. We really appreciate it. Parking is really pretty easy for a condo located downtown. It's a huge value having parking that close. The Old Town Parking garage is situated maybe a 30 second walk from the condo. Please reach out with any parking questions so it's never a hassle.

I have stayed at the Capri, 2 xs And your place 1x. I did not make meals at this place. The underside of the oven was not cleaned. Only heated w microwave. I have seen better appliances incl washer dryer. It does make a difference for me. Also furniture was funky. Chair in closet and large one in bedroom.? Eating table or place for study?

Thank you Mr. Clausen. We appreciate you staying with us. I just checked the oven myself after receiving this review and it's very clean on the bottom, the pull out drawer below as well as the glass inside. I am not 100% sure what underside you would be referring to but all areas are very clean. We include a washer and dryer in condo which is nice to have. I apologize it wasn't up to your standards. It does a great job with towels and bedding when I clean. We have an eating area that can also double as a work space. We have an extra dining chair in the closet as well as an extra sitting chair in the bedroom.

Great spot for easy access to downtown, or the boardman lake trail. For the parking situation, it could be easier to use the regular city meter spots within the adjacent structure if they're available.

Anniversary Get-A-Way
Enjoyed our time in Traverse City. This property was everything we wanted. It was close to town and local attractions. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially helpful in finding a nearby restaurant on our first night in town. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Traverse City.

Wonderful Stay
The condo is immaculate and in a great location to walk downtown for shopping or to enjoy the lake. We only got in our car to go site seeing to other areas. Having bikes available is a huge plus. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Traverse City for a few days.

Amazing location
My husband and I come up to traverse yearly to celebrate our anniversary and this year we decided we wanted to stay closer to downtown. This place was amazing! It’s within walking distance of all of our favorite places to eat and a 20 min drive from the wineries. Dave and Lisa were very communicative and made the whole process easy. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be staying here again for our trip next year!

Amazing everything!!!
The condo was perfect for us! It was easy to access and having bikes available was perfect because we walked or rode bikes everywhere! The condo was clean and we had everything that we needed. We brought way too much stuff because we found that much of it was already available in the condo. The owner was amazing and communicated quickly. The location could not be better! It is right downtown and a five minute or 10 minute walk to everything, including the beach! This was our first time visiting Traverse City, and we plan to make it at least an annual trip now. We will definitely be staying in the same Vrbo condo again!

The apartment was clean and furnished with everything you'd need to have an enjoyable stay. Location was within walking distance of several restaurants/bars. Front street is within walking distance as well. The parking garage is a short distance away which made it easy to get to activities not within walking distance. This was a quite area which was great!! I will definitely come back!!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was a few blocks from downtown. Parking was in a parking garage close by and the parking passes were easy to use. Entrance to the condo was easy access. You can pull your vehicle close to the door to unload and load your belongings. There are 15 steps to go up as soon as you open the door. We found the condo cozy for 2 people. It's very clean. There is no view from any of the windows. We had a problem with the oven not working bc of an earlier power outage. We goggled the error code and were able to resolve the issue. We messaged the owners and they responded right away but were unsure how to help us as this hadn't happened before. We found we bumped our heads on the fan over the stove a number of times. You'd think since we did that once we wouldn't do it again, but we did. The new king mattress was comfy. We slept great. The amenities were basic. Bring oil, butter, milk, condiments if you plan on eating in. Plates, glasses and mugs, 4 ea, were also limited . There is a small dishwasher but found we hand washed the dishes so we didn't run out. Lighting is a bit on the dim side. There was lots of bedding, towels, toilet paper, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Check in and out was extremely easy. Would stay here again.

Great location in TC!
This condo is spotless and in a great location. It has everything you will need for your time away. There are 2 things I think would be helpful to know. As some others have said, the bed is very uncomfortable and not for you if you have any back issues or if you don't like a soft and in some places lumpy mattress. The second thing is there are 16 steps going up to the condo once you enter the front door. For older people or anyone with mobility issues this could be problematic.

Great until bedtime
First, the good news. Property was very clean and had a great location being walking distance to good restaurants. Parking was easy and safe. Bad news is the beds. We read reviews about how bad they were but chalked it up to some people will whine about anything. When I laid down my feet was well above my head and we tried everything to make it better. Flipping and rotating mattress didn’t help. We got about three hours of sleep that night and slept on the foldout sofa the next night which wasn’t much better. I will pay more attention to reviews in the future.

Great condo in a great location!
This condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was very clean, modern, and convenient to parking garage. The furniture was comfortable. It is a very short walk to downtown TC so no traffic and parking issues. There are several restaurants and microbreweries even closer to the condo. We were able to lock up our bikes at the shared covered bike rack between buildings, however there is limited space there. The bed was comfortable and although the air conditioner was loud, it worked well. I would definitely stay here again! Lisa was very quick to answer any questions and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Great condo and great location!! Highly recommend.
