Situated in Elmwood Township, and just a 14 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, this home has everything you would want to enjoy your time in northern Michigan. Lofty ceilings, large windows, and quality craftsmanship are all examples of what makes this home so special.

The Space:
Situated on 24 private wooded acres in the heart of Elmwood Township in Leelanau County the Wine Country Cabin is a custom built 3,300+ square feet finished 4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home. As you step into the house you will head into the spacious open concept living room, dining area, and custom island kitchen fit for a chef. Also, you can enjoy some time in the basement where there are couches, a flatscreen TV, ping pong table, and limited workout equipment. Bring your family and friends and get ready to enjoy everything that this great part of the state has to offer!

Loved the spaciousness of the house that allowed 3 families with 4 littles freely play. The ping pong table and mats in the basement were a nice touch.

Situated 30 min from most Traverse City area attractions which was very nice to be so centrally located. Trash was left in the garage from prior renters but chalking that up to early season kinks still getting ironed out. Couch was a little dirty too and could use some attention. Otherwise the house itself was lovely and very spacious. Huge play/game area downstairs that we didn't even use. Some areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned up yet for the season (deck, 3 season porch, etc) but we were only there a few nights and didn't have a need for those spaces. A good vacuuming/dusting would help.

I enjoyed my stay at this property the home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed it sits only 13 minutes from downtown and only 25 minutes from pyramid port and other beautiful cities like sutton bay o will definitely stay here again with my family the host os very helpful and hoise equipped with all your cooking supplies

Loved the home and location. Great for our group of friends to relax and enjoy the activities in the area. The 10:00am checkout seemed rushed when there just for a weekend. Even 11:00am would have been helpful. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience!

Stayed to visit family (we are from the U.P.) and give them their gifts. We had a great time and the house and location were beautiful. Little hard to find at first and could not figure out all the lights for some of the rooms. Beds and bedding/sheets very soft and comfortable. Big tub in master very relaxing. Lots of space for kids and they loved the big basement with ping pong table. Would book this location again in the future!
