- Welcome to Modern Living in Traverse City!
Stay just 10–15 minutes from downtown Traverse City with views of Silver Lake and endless things to do!
This newly built (2025) home sits on a half acre, giving you plenty of space to spread out, play yard games, or just relax outside. The spacious deck faces the lake-perfecting for grilling, sunsets, and slow evenings with your favorite people. The deck features a propane fire table, a natural gas grill, and seating for everyone.
This modern home includes large windows for lake views, an electric stone fireplace, and an open layout. It sleeps 6 with two queen bedrooms and a queen pull-out couch, plus two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and everything you need to make the perfect breakfast sandwich. You’ll also have WiFi, Roku, YouTube TV, and laundry.
There are endless things to enjoy in TC! Public lake access is just a couple minutes down the road, so getting on the water is quick and easy. Within 10–25 minutes, you can visit dozens of wineries along Old Mission and Leelanau, walk through downtown shops, try local restaurants, or explore nearby trails. You can fill your day and end the night with a cocktail on the deck!
A few things to note:
• The living space is up 18 stairs (not ideal for anyone with mobility issues)
• No pets
• No garage access
• No direct lake access (view only)
