4 Bed 2 Bath - Near Town & Beach w/ Fenced Yard
The whole group will enjoy this house with a fully fenced in back yard on a double lot. Full kitchen, living room, dining space, full bathroom, three bedrooms in main house. A kitchenette, living room with fireplace, second full bathroom and projector and bed in separate studio space.
This home does not have a tv but does have a projector to stream on.
This house does not have AC. We do provide fans. The house was lived in by the host for over a decade with no AC. There is a tree canopy shading most of the house and the bay provides a cool breeze (and also great way to cool down with a dip on high hot days)
At only 3 blocks from East Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, the location shines too!
