A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

Check in was pretty smooth. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready, but it was ready earlier than the 3 pm time. The room was clean and well organized. We got the loft suite and the sofa bed was made up for our kids right away. The room was pretty tight for space unfortunately, but it may be expected given the central location of the hotel. The AC was a bit weak and the room was often on the warm side until it was dark outside. We appreciated the two bathrooms a lot. The pool looked quite nice but we didn’t have the time to try it.
Overall a pleasant stay. 😊

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
