Very nice and cozy apartment, clean and very big for a downtown location. The owner is answering fast to all questions. The only issue is the parking, you have to wait to get a paid parking spot in the front of the building. If not, you can park there after 10-11 pm when few of cars will leave.

The owner of the property was very kind and helpful. Although we didn’t share a language, we communicated through Google Translate. The room was on the small side, but well outfitted and nicely appointed. It had a heat pump, so it was easy to cool the room when outside temperatures were hot and sticky. Excellent value for the cost. I felt very safe there.

The rooms are tight, beds are old and uncomfortable and the interior is quite loud,due to poor insulation between rooms. The hotel is still under construction ,so it's a bit loud.
