The property is located in a quiet and well-served residential area, a few minutes drive from the historic center of Trani and a 10-minute walk from the beaches.

The accommodation is ideal for those who want to experience the beaches and the sea and consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace with a view.
