As senior travelers first time in Vietnam, we naturally were concerned with many things: how are we going to reach this off the bitten track resort, how to get back to Hanoi without car and so on, as we were looking for comfort, tranquility, and authentic experiences—and Le Champ delivered! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and professionalism trying to foresee every need we might have. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel both pampered and at home. Their genuine smiles and readiness to assist added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We must particularly mention and sincerely thank the office manager Mr. Henry Minh Thien, who took care of us as if we were his long-awaited relatives: he had arranged a bus to Hanoi for us right from the resort, explaining many small details about the surroundings. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."
