Excellent peaceful clean beach hotel/inn. Breakfast was very good with many options. Staff members were outstanding. Bathrooms shower heads are quite weak and this was our only downside

A pousada do Paiva é muito boa, localização excelente, sem perturbações e bem perto do centro. Decoração muiti linda. Café da manhã muito bom. O proprietário Sr Paiva sempre simpático, os funcionários muito educados, principalmente a Adriane e o João. Restaurante muito bom.

O hotel deixa a desejar na parte do restaurante..O funcionamento é muito restrito .O cliente fica sem opção .O restaurante fecha muito cedo.No lugar de um restaurante estilo crepes , poderia colocar um cardápio da região com petiscos e jantares.Realmente sem opção.A partir das 22 o cliente fica sem opções de nada..As 15 fecha e só abre as 17.Mais uma vez sem opção.

Bela, trabalhando para se melhorar

Linda pousada, riqueza de detalhes, bom café da manhã, em frente do mar, estacionamento próprio, existem opções de acesso no térreo, mas quartos com vista para o mar há um lance de escada, lugar tranquilo, calmo e silencioso distante do centro e das barracas por uma caminhada de 5 minutos. Há Piscina e playground, não vi serem limpas, mas pareciam estar, sem animadores para deixar as crianças, sem espaço baby para preparo de mamadeiras. Cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade, lençois limpos e cheirosos. Possui restaurante em frente. Preço acima dos serviços prestados pela pousada, chuveiro fraco, ar condicionado não gela o suficiente, segurança frágil, porém a vila aparentemente é tranquila. Melhor restaurante é o italiano Mediterrâneo próximo da praça da igreja, o restaurante do hotel Dayo é espetacular também, talvez valha a pena para estadia, porém não conheci o hotel, apenas o restaurante de frente para o mar. Melhor barraca foi o Tempero Mineiro no custo benefício, comida excelente com bom atendimento.

Razoável !!!

Localização boa , estrutura e quarto razoáveis, café da manhã fraco. Porém , o atendimento é muito ruim , de todos funcionários que tive contato , sem exceções. Estive hospedado em outros hotéis e pousadas na região e essa foi de longe aquela com pior atendimento. Necessário promover treinamento com urgência para melhor atender aos hóspedes!!!

Hospedagem agradável

A hospedagem foi agradável e atendeu as expectativas, não havendo nada excepcionalmente positivo ou negativo para falar. Quarto amplo com decoração minimalista e uma cama king size muito confortável. TV por assinatura com telecine e hbo. O banheiro era espaçoso e com bom aspecto. Ponto negativo para o interruptor da luz que ficava atras da porta. Era preciso fechar a porta para acender a luz. Falta uma melhor ventilação e/ou a instalação de um exautor. O quarto contava com uma rede que podia ser pendurada na varanda que era bem agradável e compensava o desconforto das cadeiras de madeira. Talvez um ponto fraco do quarto. A internet é lenta e intermitente, mas nao é inesperado dado a localização. O café-da-manhã é bom. Há opção de pedir ovos e tapiocas. Os frios devem ser solicitados ao garçom, o que não cheguei a fazer. O grande ponto positivo são as opções de bolos e doces para quem curte. Os funcionários foram sempre educados e solicitos em todos os momentos: check-in, café-da-manhã, piscina e check-out. Foram compreensivos em manter a minha reserva mesmo sem pagamento dos 50% devido ao cancelamento do cartao por faude. E atenderam o meu pedido de late check-out. A area externa na pousada é bem agradável e a localizacao é otima. No geral foi uma excelente escolha. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar em outra oportunidade.
