"Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. "The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. "Modern homes with lots of space for families with convenient access to theme parks and retail nearby. However, these properties do lack certain maintenance updates. We had some issues with the A/C not staying at the temperature set and showers with warm not hot water on some days. Sheets are a bit scratchy too. Overall, would stay here again but might take that into consideration. "

"nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could use a little variation but definitely good. Except one day had hard over cooked Omelettes. Bed were comfy. The pool and hot tub were nice and open 24hrs! Clean hotel and the staff was amazing to us. The cleaning lady on floor 4 was so sweet to us every day. And the front desk was very good to us even though we arrived extremely early. We weee able to leave our bags with the front desk our last day and enjoy the pool as our flight...

"The hotel itself is close to most Disney parks. The front desk staff are accommodating. Breakfast is decent. What I didn’t like was the noise outside every morning and my iPhone charger disappeared from my room after I requested for housekeeping. It was plugged on the wall and I never removed it. I looked everywhere and it was gone. Quite disappointed if housekeeping did the it. "
