"I requested a small laundry order the day before check out. Despite having a same-day option, the laundry was not ready the morning of my check out, so I had to leave without the items. There didn’t seem to be any real urgency on the part of staff, who instead questioned what time of day I submitted the request etc - which was largely irrelevant at that moment in time, give I needed to leave to catch my plane. The hotel should not offer a same-day service if they are unable to honour it. This request was made in good time and if the hotel felt unable to accommodate this request within the day, they should have left it in my room - particularly given it was clear I was checking out the following morning. I have sent an email to request these items are posted to my UK home address, but have not yet had a response. Phone calls to reception just seem to go unanswered. Not recommended at all."

"The location of the hotel / apartment is great. Most of the staff was really friendly. Air con great and a lot of shops close by. The problem I had with this hotel is I had to request a kettle and kitchen cutlery, I would assume a kettle would be already be in the room. A member of staff accused me of damaging the curtains which was not great (they were not damaged just stuck) "

"The room wasnt even ready to go when we got there. I tried calling the number expedia showed for the host, but wouldnt go through. Had to call expedia and get them to get in touch. Then it took a few hours to get clean. There were only 3 towels in the while place for 5 people. Beds were good andnit was pretty clean adter we were ablento check in. No bugs that we found. Just wish it were ready at 3 when we got there, and wish they had the right phone number for the owner."
