Despite having a same-day option, the laundry was not ready the morning of my check out, so I had to leave without the items. There didn’t seem to be any real urgency on the part of staff, who instead questioned what time of day I submitted the request etc - which was largely irrelevant at that moment in time, give I needed to leave to catch my plane. The hotel should not offer a same-day service if they are unable to honour it. This request was made in good time and if the hotel felt unable to accommodate this request within the day, they should have left it in my room - particularly given it was clear I was checking out the following morning. I have sent an email to request these items are posted to my UK home address, but have not yet had a response. Phone calls to reception just seem to go unanswered. Not recommended at all."
