"Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, der Whirlpool ein Traum, so wie auch der Garten, den wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht genießen können. Der Netto vor der Tür hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir waren einige Male da ;) Von der Umgebung haben wir leider nicht viel gesehen, der Whirlpool war zu verführerisch :-D Lediglich unser Hausstauballergiker hatte mit einigen Allergikerproblemen zu kämpfen, deswegen leider der Abzug. Ansonsten alles super!"

Das Haus selber ist in einem tadellosen, neu renovierten Zustand und lässt in keinem Aspekt Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichhaltig, alle Etage verfügen über einen großen Balkon. Sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts ist es phänomenal ruhig, sodaß man gut Kraft auftanken kann. Wandern ist vom Haus aus...

"Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 10-11 Personen. Der Vermieter hat sich super gekümmert, war immer ansprechbar und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. So konnte wir trotz Mosel- Hochwasser eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem besonderen und schönen Haus verbringen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder! Danke!"

"The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"Meine Frau und ich wollten uns zum 20 jährigen Jahrestag ein wenig Erholung gönnen. Was wir bekamen war einfach weit über unseren Erwartungen. Jeder wird sich vor der Buchung die Beschreibungen zum Haus Tropica durchlesen und etwa wissen was Ihn erwartet. Aber wenn man da ist und dann sieht wie alles bis ins aller letzte Detail durchdacht ist (Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Qualität, Optik, smarte Beleuchtung). Hier wurde nicht einfach nur billiges Zeug gekauft um das Ferienhaus damit auszustatten....

"Die Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum :-) Man blickt auf eine malerische Landschaft und die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern gibt es zahlreiche tolle Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Tierpark Rheinböllen, Tier-Erlebnispark Bell, Hängebrücke von Geierlay, Sommerrodelbahn Loreley). "Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "
