A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Fully renovated by 2017, this retreat offers peace and relaxation. The fenced property ensures your dog cannot leave the grounds alone. Enter on the ground floor, where you’ll find a spacious dressing room leading to the bedroom, a guest WC, and a washing machine. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to a cozy living area, a kitchen with dining table and chairs, and a bathroom with a round shower. From this floor, you have access to the large balcony overlooking the village center and offering wide views.
