Quiet location in the middle of the Traben district, just a few meters from the Moselle promenade. Luxuriously furnished, a very stylish apartment with plenty of space, comfort and peace awaits you. You can park conveniently in an outdoor parking space in the underground garage and the elevator takes you comfortably to the floor of the apartment. Shopping facilities are only a few meters away from the property. The apartment has a large living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathroom with walk-in shower, guest WC, utility room and a wonderful large terrace of almost 30 square meters. The terrace is in a quiet location with sun and shade areas and a view of the Grevenburg. There is a dining table with 4 relaxing chairs and two sun loungers. You will want for nothing here.
