"From the moment that Ly welcomed us in the foyer, she made sure our stay was fantastic. Our room (a 2 bedroom villa) was beautiful with everything we needed. We booked a few tours through the hotel. And for when we organised our own activities Ly was always there to offer advice too. Can’t wait to go back."
