Hotel staff tried extremely hard to help with our questions although most of them have very limited English. Nami and Hirosi (sorry if I remember your name wrong) were most helpful and assisted in sorting out our Alpine route schedules and luggage transfer. The Japanese style room was lovely, quiet and peaceful with one side directly facing a river and an uninhabited mountain. You can hear the sound of the running water.
