If you like turning off the air conditioner and having fresh air coming into the bedroom at night, leaving the bedroom’s deck door open lets in the nightly noise from the nearby restaurants exhaust fans, loud cars/bikes, street sweepers and garbage collections;“Kitchen” does not have an oven or a dishwasher or lights, lights over the limited bench space would be a worthwhile improvement;If airing items on the deck, there is nothing stopping clothing items flying off the deck if the wind gusts. However, there is no access to the area under the deck, it is the private property of the unit immediately underneath;There were references to the unit’s “lake access” and the “gym” on the Airbnb website. The unit has neither. That same website indicates that there is no smoke alarm in the unit, if true, this is illegal. The website indicates there is an “ATM on site” and a “tour desk”. There is neither;The owner of the unit is not the “host”, that is done by a real estate agent. There is no after hours number provided so if something goes wrong overnight or on the weekend, you are on your own. A locksmiths number is provided, no sparky or plumber;You, not the owner, will be charged a “Hosting Fee”. WTF!! ##### John B.
