The Good Place-private studio apartment with pool

A private studio unit with everything you will want: kitchen, BBQ and pool, laundry facilities, the perfect queen size bed and a 65in Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and binge (+more streaming TV services than you could possibly need!).

When it comes to locations, it doesn't get much better. Situated within a short distance to the Country Bank Stadium (Go Cowboys), the Supercars, the Ross River walking and biking trails and a ten minute drive to the beautiful Strand Beach and ferries to tropical Magnetic Island.

Tranquility
We thoroughly enjoyed our "2" stays. Jason & Jo-ann were fabulous hosts and we were treated like family from day one. Fruit, milk, bread and snacks were in the fridge when we arrived so we could just relax. Communal areas around the BBQ and pool were fantastic. Thank you so much for your hospitality and creating great memories of Townsville and Australia.

Loved this property, owners are friendly and attentive, space is clean with great amenities, and has nice relaxing outdoor spaces. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely recommend staying!

From initial queries via message to departure of our stay, the hosts Jo-ann and Jason were amazing and very accomodating. We highly recommend The Good Place for a stay. Absolutley spotless, everything you could ask for was there for use, airfryer, bbq, outdoor big screen, sitting area, pool, the fridge was stocked with some basics like bread, proper milk, crumpets, jams, peanut butter, fruit and yoghurt. Thank you Jo and Jason for a lovely, clean, friendly place to stay. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and stayed in some upmarket places but yours has been the best place we have stayed in. Clean, modern and everything we needed for our stay. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor area and BBQ facility provided much needed relaxation. Jason and Jo-Anne are thoughtful and friendly. Everything we needed for our first breakfast provided for our convenience. Close to the stadium, city and shopping centres. Safe and secure on-site parking.
