You need to be aware that it is one apartment of a group of 12 and is in the middle of 3 levels. Noise from the above apartment, drivers of muscle cars idling and revving their engines in the car park late at night and early in the morning, children squealing and yelling, and a pipe from the above floors passing through the toilet next to the bedroom, which drains the water from above apartment's toilet, are all potential disturbances if you are a light sleeper.
