The quiet complex will suit those seeking a serene experience with close proximity to everything, but a location that allows for a quiet and private stay. In the evening you can enjoy tropical sunset views through the palm trees, a constant reminder of all that is North Queensland. You will enjoy a comfortable living area and two bedrooms that open onto a sizable patio, ideal for your morning coffee ot tea. The two bedrooms are upstairs, the main with a walk-in-robe and the second with built-in-robes. So plenty of space if you are here for a longer stay. The renovated two-way bathroom has access from both the main bedroom essentially providing an ensuite, but access is also available via the hallway. There is a downstairs toilet for convenience which is situated at the rear of the laundry. The townhouse also features a modern kitchen which is sure to please the chef in the family. This unit also features security screens, fans, full air conditioning and carport.
