Location good
The house is in a good location to the hospital as that was what we were there for. The house needs a lot of maintenance eg. towel rail in ensuite was missing light shade was missing and toilet seat lid comes off. Kitchen tap is loose and water leaks whenever you move the tap. General cleaning is not to standard ceiling fans were very dirty and aircon in the same condition in lounge room back of certains in lounge falling apart with white pieces and floor under tv not cleaned. One of the lounge chairs appears to be broken. Also it said it had a dryer in the laundry in the online advertising and there was none.

Good location - inadequate communication
We started off with some good communication, with a prompt reply to a query prior to checking in. However upon arrival we noticed a strong odour in the house and a toilets not cleaned properly. Additionally we found out that the air-conditioners did not work, as the fuse tripped whenever we turned any of them on (even just one). I tried calling, text messaging, emailing - however never received a response from the owner. Even now, 1 week later - there has never been any response. Given this, it really was not worth the money spent as we sweated through the heat. Positives of the property include its decent interior size and how close it is to the hospital and Ring Rd to get around Townsville easily.

Very smooth process. Great house.
The place was great, exactly as advertised. Very clean and very well appointed. The hosts were extremely professional and everything went very smoothly.
