This modern apartment boast views across the river to the stadium from both the open plan living and main bedroom. The large balcony will be your special place where you can enjoy a morning coffee, a relaxed evening meal or simply chill. Combined with modern and recently styled interiors, this apartment will provide the ultimate Townsville holiday experience. What is extra special about this apartment is once inside you’ll feel a sense of peace but still enjoy the convenience of a prime location which puts you on the doorstep of the city and just a ten-minute walk to Palmer Street. The city and Palmer Street offer an array of restaurants and specialty stores. If you fancier a longer walk, the waterfront Strand is a fifteen-minute walk and provides that waterfront vibe of dining while taking in magnificent water views to Magnetic Island. You’ll discover cafes overlooking the water, a variety of restaurants and more shopping. You can also walk as far as Pallarenda beach at one end and the Marina and Casino at the other. Once we had access, no one told us which level the accom was on so we had to ask residents for help. The beds were uncomfortable, only thin bedding was provided, walls are very thin in a noisy complex and no blackout blinds so none of us had a good sleep the entire week we were there. The pre-stay clean left a lot to be desired, with dust everywhere and a used bandaid on the floor in the living room. Property management team were rude and insulting.
