Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
✨ Peace of Mind & Travel Insurance: I want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note that this home has a strict cancellation policy. Because life can be unpredictable, we encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for extra peace of mind. This way, you can book with confidence knowing you’re protected no matter what comes up. This can be done at www.insuremytrip.com where you can pick the coverage that suits your situation.

Wonderful location, close to Townsend area but also close to Pigeon Forge area for the kids. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and honestly the nicest pool sticks we’ve had in any rental to date, the teens really enjoyed that!
We were in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect! Everyone had enough room and the cabin was clean and cozy. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!
We rented the cabin for family to come together and celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We like peace and quiet and just spending quality family time, cooking, playing games, watching movies, ect… We could not have asked for a better place. It was everything we wanted and more. Great location. Just simply made for the perfect weekend not only for us but the birthday girl. Would definitely come again and recommend to our family and friends.
The check in process was great and easy, the cabin was just as listed & super cleanly. The upstairs loft hallway just added to making the home so beautiful. Seeing mama bear and her 3 cubs was so beautiful and amazing. We absolutely loved staying here, secluded and peaceful. If we ever travel back to TN, this will be where we look for vacancy! :)
My family of adult children and our 2 yr old granddaughter had a wonderful stay! This was the first vacation rental I didn’t feel like I needed to clean everything before using it! That’s huge for me. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The great room was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We had delicious meals from the kitchen and lots of laughs around the table. The yard and private road were perfect for playing and bike riding and running with our precious little one. I highly recommend this cabin!!
The cabin was beautiful and clean, the outdoor area was great, private and peaceful. I would recommend stocking the cabin with more cooking utensils, especially spatulas, some basic spices, sugar and cream packets. Most cabins have the basics. The hot tub took a very long time to warm up (over a day). But once it did it was wonderful. Overall the stay was very nice and we had a great time.
The house was thoughtfully put together and it was very easy to comfortably house and feed our party of 9. Having a crock pot let us go about our days without worrying if we needed to go back and cook dinner. We loved finding new bears in every corner! Be sure to bring a few extra trash bags if you plan on cooking--only 2 are included.
Everything was great, stayed for a wedding. The only hickup, kids were cranky without wifi. It kept going in and out, however we were there for the wedding not for internet. All adults were very pleased. Very private, secluded, peaceful.

Family Gatlinburg Trip
This listed as Pigeon Forge but was about a 35 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The carpet was stained and torn, the walls needed repainting and we saw two mice in the cabin. The living room furniture is worn and dingy and cabin had a musty smell and just felt dirty. Not at all what I thought I was renting.
We enjoyed our stay, the 9 of us 5 kids for adults. We saw 2 bears, one very close encounter, imagine it was the same one came in the morning same time. We heard coyotes multiple nights. I would say the wifi was deceiving, any weather and there was no wifi. This was not a deterrent for us and our stay. I just wish I would have saved more directions and searches prior to arrival. The space and location met our expectations. We were close enough to attractions but quiet and secluded feel to the smokies.

I was a bit dissatisfied.
We had no cell service and the wifi was very unreliable. We had to reset the router numerous times. We arrived at 7pm our first night and it was very cold and drafty. We didnt think we would be able to stay. By morning the cabin had warmed to 71. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Bedding, toiletry and kitchenware was well stocked. I did see a bug there, I assumed a roach but I could be wrong.
I will not be staying here again. Service was quick and polite.
Majestic Hollow is a hidden retreat with all the necessities a family could want and more. The cabin is tucked away off of a windy road where we saw a handful of deer and even a turkey! The pool table room was perfect for our 12 year old son along with access to the community swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and accommodating living room and dining space. We only stayed for a long weekend but took full advantage of our time in the TN mountains. We stayed here with close friends and their kids. In total it was 5 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby. The high chair and pack n play was so helpful! The closet in the master was big enough for us to have the baby sleep. The master bedroom upstairs is altogether great but the mattress itself was too firm for our comfort, so between the baby and firm bed, we didn’t really get good sleep. We did however, appreciated the separate thermostat and floor AC fans so we could have the bedroom cooler than the rest of the house.Overall, we had a very memorable stay with close friends and will look back with so much joy and fondness.

Comfy Stay but does need some renovations
Our stay was comfortable. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The side door though is very hard to open and close. One of our children could not do it on her own. The blinds do need replaced in several places and it smells like the fireplace in the whole house. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom is broke and needs replaced. We enjoyed our stay though. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The TV was hard to get on but after we were instructed how, it worked fine. I enjoyed not having TV's in all the bedrooms but our teenagers did not. The magnolia tree at the entrance had the gutters clogged up and the porch was covered in the leaves making it slippery because it rained everyday. The trees do need trimming around the driveway so your vehicle doesn't get scratched as you go up it or down it.
Everything was great with this rental from the price to visit and the location. The only complaint I have is the microwave didn’t work. When I contacted the company about it they sent someone to check it but it was never repaired and I was never notified about it.
We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Hollow Cabin more than we could say!
Having the huge front yard space for the kids and the guys to toss football made for a relaxing afternoon!
The hot tub was nice and big enough for 6 adults to be in comfortably!
The Cabin was well stocked, clean and had plenty of options for sleeping room!
We did have to re-think our layout for everyone as you have to walk through one of the first floor bedrooms to get to another but it wasn't an issue with our group and what we needed.
The pull our chairs in the game room were perfect for the teens to have their own sleeping space without having to find a house with another bedroom.
We found fun places to hike near the cabin and there are a few good options for places to eat within 10 mins or so.
Gatlinburg was about 35 mins away but when you are driving through the mountains and have beautiful views the distance isn't an issue.
Pigeon Forge was about 20 mins or so!
We will definitely look into staying again the next time we visit the mountains!
This cabin was wonderful for our family. We saw a mama bear and her cub and turkeys during our stay. We used the hot tub and the fire pit was nice for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Many memories were made. I love the location. My dad and step mom arrived first and promptly told me he loved the cabin and didn't need to leave. The cabin was nice and clean but we tried to leave the cabin cleaner than we found it and in doing so we found a charger someone had left in the past. We did encounter an ant issue but we just put everything we opened in the fridge or baggies. We ate out most of this trip which I have not done as an adult. It was close to many wonderful places that we will be visiting again and we would stay in this cabin again. The bed upstairs where we stayed was very comfortable. I was very pleased.
