We enjoyed the panoramic view of The Smoky Mountains. The accommodations were awesome and very clean. Enjoyed the farm life feeling, with horses for horse back riding, Rescue horses,Grace the golden retriever, George the kitten and many more. April and Nicole the owner and horse guide and room reservation coordinators, were enjoyable to talk to. It's close to town and all of the things we like to do when in Townsend, so it's a perfect fit. The room is comfy and I always sleep like it's my second home! We enjoyed ourselves and the amazing views this property has! The owners were nice and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. My only complaint would be that the description of the property leaves out a couple details. We were surprised to find out that it was basically an apartment above the office. Don’t get me wrong, it was nice and the pictures were exactly what the space looks like. But, we did not expect to have others around us. We thought this listing was a cabin by itself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this place to anyone! I just wanted people to be aware that you do have a private room and space to yourself but there is another suite across the hall and you are right above the office. On a positive note, we never saw anyone! But, we could hear the people staying across the hall because one of our doors (that was locked the entire time) led into their room. Overall, we had a great stay! Just be aware that this is not a private cabin all to yourself. ##### Madison K. We have stayed here many times. Note, the Morning View kitchenette is the very limited but it suits us just fine as we prefer to have washer and dryer in the suite. We had the best view of the Smokey Mountains. We were able to pet and feed the horses. Had an evening with a meal, s’mores, and ended with a horse-drawn wagon ride.
