"The room we got when we checked in was gross, they moved us to another room but I got the “ick” from the first room and had a hard time getting over it. The hotel is old and you definitely get what you pay for. My kids enjoyed the pool and the walk way around it was slick so that was a positive thing."

"Lobby was beautiful, loved the king sized beds but having a stove in the room next to the bed without an air vent was troubling. Couldn’t cook something without the room getting Smokey. The shower head was terrible in the tub. The water barely came out and I didn’t feel as clean as I should when getting out. There was only one working elevator that everyone shared and it was very out dated. The buttons showing the floors wouldn’t light up so you didn’t know if you were going up or down. Staff were friendly and the parking was good. Did not get the chance to eat breakfast so couldn’t really put a review on that."

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has worked great however this year we had several issues. In the past we have used this hotel partly because they provide a free shuttle to the airport. This year their shuttle has been out of commission for several weeks and so we had to pay for an Uber. We also stay here because they allow a Park and Fly benefit that allows us to leave our car there for 7 days while we are gone. They did allow it, but called and left us a message during our vacation saying they were considering calling the Police about our car in the lot. It worried me, but after a phone call they assured us it was fine - it was just alarming. I should have made it clear we were leaving our car in the lot. The other unfortunate issue was they didn't have hot water the night before we were flying out. We didn't have time to make other arrangements. It didn't cause us too much of a problem because we were just sleeping and waking early to catch our flight. But upon arrival 7 days later after our vacation and staying there again before driving home, the hot water was still out!! I will be doing some shopping around next year before our vacation."

"Yes, the kitchen was ready to use, cold full size refrigerator with freezer. Debris and dead bugs on the floor, sheets on bed looked nasty with burnholes and debris. Bathroom and walls everywere very dirty stained poorly cleaned very gross. TVS did not work in first room needed to be moved. TVS didn't work in second at first, put staff got it working with a new remote. For the price not horrible. But little things like cleaning should be more of a focus in my humble opinion."

"A very bad place. One of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Roaches and lots of them. The place is a dump, everything is broken and nobody seems to care. There are so many other places around…. Go there!!!"
