"Needs a ice machine"

"I have a hard time leaving a negative review, but the the negative out weighed the positive on this stay. The front desk attendant was very friendly and nice, and the room was clean, but that is about the best I can say. The room was good sized, but one of the lights had a foot pedal that was broken - could get it to turn on, but not turn off. The walls were thin, and being by an entrance meant we heard every time someone came in. *Not the hotels fault, but this was especially evident at around midnight when a group of teens came yelling out of their room just a few doors down and congregated in front of our room crying and carrying on about having a ghost in their room. The beds were very hard. When I called to request 4 additional pillows (I personally like at least 2, sometime 3, and there were 4 of us and only 6 pillows in the room), the (very nice) front desk attendant said she didn't know if they had that many, but would bring us what she could. She brought us 2. No extra blankets in the room either. Breakfast was lack-luster at best. Minimal options and the waffle maker was so poorly maintained that every waffle stuck terribly, making them impossible to remove. Some finally went and asked the front desk about spray, which was locked in a cabinet, but they just sprayed it once, locked it back up, and left again. It did not fix the problem. Bottom line - this is a budget, barebones hotel, and you really get what you pay for with this one."

"I stayed here on two separate nights. First night was fine, room clean but there was loud banging that shook my room until after 11:30pm. My second room smelled so badly of body odor. Even after they came back to the room to spray air freshener it did not go away. It was either in the furniture or carpets it was so strong and offensive an odor. Completely unacceptable. Would not stay here again between the noise and bad odors. The hotel is next to an In n Out and the customers block the only entrance and exit to the hotel. It’s super inconvenient to have to wait and the customers will not move to let you into the only lane that goes to the hotel."

"All was good. Breakfast was, meh. $50.00 deposit upon check-in was not expected and confusing. Staff was very accommodating. Parking was great. Facility is clean."

"The room was ok. Nice to have a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Something was wrong with our TV, but couldn't get it fixed because no maintenance people are there at night. One person handles the check ins, the bar, and everything else. We were told the bar would open from 5 to 9. Got down to the lobby at 5, the person said she would open about 5:15, I told her the other front person at check in said it opened at 5, she did end up opening it because we asked. It was an ok stay, not great."
