Roddy was quick to respond to our needs. Upon entering the house it was quite warm (the weather was moderate). It was explained how to adjust the temp, but it really didn't work. We had to just open what windows were accessible and also had screens (not true of all windows). We had to have ice delivered because there was none in the refrigerator. There was an abundance of high quality towels, but not enough places to hang them, considering how many people the house sleeps. The beds had cheap uncomfortable mattresses.
