There is a bar inside the lobby. The cigarette smoke permeates up through the loft over looking the bar on the second floor. Also, they allow pets in some rooms. The urine smell is strong as you move further down the hallway. Once I entered the room it was worse. I was in a pet room. Once I told the front desk about it, they sent someone to spray the carpet, thoroughly. I was satisfied with their response.

Druken people, fights in hallway,loud people outside till 2:30 in the morning, doors slamming till 4 in the morning, two calls to the front desk with no help, my husband had to go outside our room in his underwear to break up a fight!!!

The property was clean and well maintained. The hotel is a bit older not horrible but the doors are thin and you always hear talking in the halls. The breakfast was okay but it was the same thing everyday. Again not horrible but the difference in my opinion from a 4 to a 5star property.

We did not get the room we booked, room smelled musky, and we found a piece of broken glass on the floor. no coffee or hot water available (like other hotels). It needs to be updated and some extra for the customers (hot coffee and water should be easy)

We always issue the room type you request and if not available we will try to upgrade when possible. As far as hot water and coffee we have coffee in every guest room and have coffee packs available to our guests if they run out. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and hope to see you again for future stays.
Bare minimum of everything. Fewer towels than people in reservation. No instructions for tv no channel guide for idiosyncratic system. Cheap experience out of synch with other similar priced options.

I wish you would have asked we could have rectified that. As far as not as many towels as in the reservation i am not sure what you mean by that. We wish you the best with any future hotel stays you may have.
We were satisfied with our 3 night stay. Beds were comfortable and clean rooms.

i only have one issue with my stay, and it was the charge for the incidentals, i have had issues in the past with other hotels getting the incidentals money back, i stay at this particular hotel several times a year, and this is the first time i have paid this fee

The curtain for the hot tub to be able to take an actual shower was broken so you couldnt properly shut the curtain there was mold growing on the vents above the hot tub and the bed protector that’s supposed to be zipped up around the mattress wasn’t even fully on the bed or zipped shut. Heat in the room was cold and didn’t properly heat the room.

The WiFi didn't work. Had to use my phone instead of laptop. Holiday Party below me was audible in my room, although they did break it up at 10pm. Also the bar tender was overwrought with just a few people in there and closed the bar way early!

Friendly and helpful staff. It's a pet friendly facility, which I'm not opposed to, but there needs to be a more rigorous cleaning cycle for pet rooms. My first room wreaked of dog urine. They moved me with no issue.

Friendly, courteous desk clerks. Room was very nice and clean. Some guidance would be helpful with the TV - ie. where to find the channel guide and/or a printed list of the stations avaiable.

We stay here every Fall while we hunt in NY. Rooms and staff always great. Restaurant wasn't open Saturday and bar closed before 8pm, but we found nearby alternatives.
