Welcome to this townhouse located in a residential area of Tours, just a short walk from the beautiful Jardin des Prébendes. Fully restored and carefully decorated, this home combines charm and comfort to offer you a delightful stay.

It features a private garage and a small garden with outdoor furniture under a pergola. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Accommodating up to 5 guests, the ground floor offers an entrance leading to a laundry/closet, a WC, a staircase to the upper floor, and a living area with:

a fully equipped integrated kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster)

a dining area for 4–6 people

a living corner with TV and fiber-optic WiFi

On the first floor, you will find:

a garden-facing air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x190 bed, TV (TNT channels), desk, and wardrobe

a street-facing air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x190 bed, TV (TNT channels), desk, and wardrobe

A great apartment in the heart of Tours!

This apartment was the perfect home base for us to explore the area from. We could easily walk to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and the central train station. We especially enjoyed having a shady backyard garden area to relax in. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and the beds were quite comfortable. We didn’t have a car, but there is a large secure parking spot as well. Highly recommend this apartment.
